Helmed by chef superstar and restauranteur, Sean Connolly, Steak & Oyster Co. is inspired by the 1950s butcher shop. Our revamped shop front features a new ‘Ocean Shelf’ that showcases our seafood before being freshly prepared by our expert chefs. Our fresh meat cuts are displayed in the butchers’ window, offering the best quality ingredients carefully prepared just the way you like it.

Steak & Oyster Co is delighted to celebrate West HQ’s 60th Jubilee by bringing one of our classic dishes back to the menu with the introduction of an extraordinary seafood feast – our Boston Bay mussels truly are a statement of our commitment to flavour and quality.
We’re serving up 1 whole kilogram of plump, tender mussels steamed to perfection by our chef so that they release their true flavour when you eat them along with a portion of our crispy, golden fries. Seasoned just right they will be the perfect accompaniment.
