The ClubGRANTS year ended 31 August 2020 has now closed.
West HQ Limited provided almost $900,000 in support to the community in the 2019/2020 ClubGRANTS year.
Individuals and organisations who would like to find out if they are eligible to apply for ClubGRANTS should refer to the Clubs NSW website.
West HQ administers ClubGRANTS online. To submit an online application, eligible individuals and organisations first need to create an account here
Once an account has been created, individuals and organisations will be able to submit applications for the ClubGRANTS year ended 31 August 2021 through hyperlinks that will be available on this website early 2021.
Applications are traditionally not approved until the end of the ClubGRANTS year, when West HQ is able to reliably measure the size of the ClubGRANTS pool available to distribute.

West HQ manages several sports clubs, youth sports and social groups.
All people wishing to participate in a youth sub-club must be current members of West HQ and in the case of children 18 years and under, both parent and child need to be members.
The following is the current Sports Groups/ youth sub-clubs available to join at West HQ:
