Using traditional gelato-making techniques with only fresh, seasonal ingredients, our gelato will inspire all of your senses. With over 30 flavours to choose from, choosing is half the fun! As well as our innovative flavours and indulgent ranges, Gelatissimo is passionate about providing a range of vegan-friendly, made-without-dairy, and made-without-gluten options everyone can enjoy.

The Gelatissimo story began in 2002 where their first store opened in the heart of Sydney. Word of mouth spread and before long, there were queues out the door! Gelatissimo is all about creating an authentic family-friendly experience that makes people smile, and it all begins with their delicious gelato. Gelato is made fresh at West HQ every day using only the best ingredients that do not contain any artificial flavours or colours.
