As a hospitality industry leader, we are also dedicated to ensuring that our gaming experience is safe and enjoyable.  This is why West HQ has partnered with The University of Sydney’s Gambling Treatment and Research Clinic to undertake a world-first research program to assist in the development of safer gambling environments and practices which will minimise the risk of harm. 

Led by a prominent gaming research team from The University of Sydney’s Gambling Treatment and Research Clinic, this research program will explore the attitudes and behaviours of our members and guests towards playing electronic gaming machines.  The research team will maintain full control over the research design and evaluation to guarantee neutrality and transparency throughout the process.
