Sean Connolly is an English-born Australian chef, with several restaurants across Australia and New Zealand. His other venues include Sydney’s The Morrison, The Balcony Bar and Restaurant in Byron Bay, and Sean’s Kitchen in Adelaide, while across the pond, Auckland plays host to the two-hatted The Grill by Sean Connolly and Gusto at The Grand. Sean is a much-sought-after consultant chef, working closely with global hotels, international airlines and restaurant groups to introduce his much-awarded style of cuisine to their offerings. He also has a range of retail and commercial products, from hot sauce to hand-selected extra virgin olive oil. When not on a plane, Sean is either on the phone, emailing or in the kitchen sharing his expertise among a vast network of chefs and hospitality colleagues who help make a success of the Sean Connolly brand.
