Make Wednesdays your new midweek tradition with Oyster Chowder Night at West HQ. Enjoy a hearty bowl of creamy oyster chowder packed with fresh oysters and seasonal ingredients as part of the Oyster & Seafood Festival.

Every Day
Enjoy Chandon from $10 a glass or $50 a bottle, perfectly paired with freshly shucked oysters and signature seafood dishes for the ultimate blend of fresh flavours and sparkling indulgence.

Are you Western Sydney’s fastest oyster shucker? Put your skills to the test and join the live oyster shucking competition at West HQ. Walk away with a title and some delicious rewards too.

Only six participants will secure a place in this exclusive shucking showdown, so get in quick. To enter, you must be 18 years or over. Simply email [email protected] and in 25 words or less, tell us why you think you’re ‘Western Sydney’s Fastest Shucker”.
