COVID-19 INFORMATION

Important updates for our customers

Effective 29 March, restrictions to dancing, weddings and seat capacity in theatres have eased.

West HQ has implemented a number of initiatives to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit:

  • If you are feeling unwell or have been in the company of anyone who has been unwell or positively tested for COVID-19 we respectfully request you do not enter
  • All customers, including members, must check-in via the Service NSW app or the Online Concierge form (our friendly customer service staff can assist if you require to use the form)
  • All customers will be required to sign in via our visitors’ kiosk
  • Continued on-site cleaning and sanitisation
  • Hand sanitiser stations throughout the Club
  • Social distancing measures
  • Application of one person per 2m² rule within the venue (effective 12:01 am Friday 12 February 2021)

Visitors are not required to wear a face mask in our venue. We recognise you may continue to choose to wear masks when visiting our venue.  You may be requested to remove this briefly to identify yourself upon arrival.

Conditions of Entry

Everyone entering West HQ is required to sign in using the Service NSW QR code, as advised by the NSW government. We recommend downloading the Service NSW app prior to your next visit.

Upon entering you will need to do the following:

  1. Hold and hover your smartphone camera over the QR code, which can be found on signage at the Main Entrance, and follow the prompts until you are signed in
  2. Show your phone confirmation to one of the friendly Customer Service staff.
  3. Members will still need to show their Member card and guests will still need to sign in as per the Registered Clubs Act.\

Don’t forget to check-out when you leave, which you can do from within the app

If you require help or do not have a smartphone, our friendly Customer Service staff will assist you to check-in. Once again, if you are feeling unwell or have been in the company of anyone who has been unwell or positively tested for COVID-19 we respectfully request you do not enter.
